Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the document organizing and information sessions offered by Quietwater Planning. "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person who books or attends a session. "We," "us," or "our" refers to Quietwater Planning. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending a session with Quietwater Planning, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older who have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Quietwater Planning provides document organizing and general information sessions, including the Getting Started Sort-Out, the Records and Timeline Group Session, and the Household Coordination and Archive package. Services are provided in person in the Phuket area of Thailand and are subject to availability.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session, treat our facilitators respectfully, and bring only your own personal documents to a session.

You agree not to request advice outside the organizing and informational scope of our services, and to understand that any decisions regarding your paperwork remain entirely your own responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

Any workbooks, printed materials, or handover map templates provided during a session remain the intellectual property of Quietwater Planning, licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Payment Terms

Session prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our Solutions page: Getting Started Sort-Out at ฿4,100, Records and Timeline Group Session at ฿16,200, and Household Coordination and Archive at ฿34,500.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis if a cancellation is made with reasonable notice before a scheduled session.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Sessions are organizing and informational in nature only. We do not provide financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Attendees of group sessions are encouraged to confirm any specifics discussed with a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from attending a session. Nothing in our sessions constitutes professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Quietwater Planning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This does not affect liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may end a session or ongoing package arrangement at any time. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of this Agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province.

12. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Quietwater Planning regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
